Allow ability to "disable" instead of delete
There should be an option to disable records instead of deleting them. Essentially remove them from views, and prevent them from being able to be selected again, without having to delete them and break connections/remove historical data.
examples- drivers in the system should be able to be disabled and not deleted, sales tax codes (for ones incorrectly set up, etc) should be disabled and not deleted, MANY MANY tables have data that should be able to be disabled and not deleted.
