Purchase Orders
when creating a purchase order it would be nice to generate a purchase order based off of the inventory re-order report. on the screen at a glance to see how many items have been sold that month and year. the ability to change the min / max order points is nice please keep that. be able to print by vendor and have the system create multiple purchase orders if you select all. or be specific like now and only bring up the one you specify.

This can be achieved by using the reorder report and selecting "generate PO worksheet" this will create a PO worksheet for each location and purchaser, if purchasing agents are defined.
The reorder report will generate the worksheet and suggest orders based on the current availability, min/max, commitments, and sales history.
The amounts on the worksheet are fully editable and when you are happy with the numbers, the worksheet can be converted into a real PO.
The reorder report in conjunction with actively maintaining min/max levels should streamline the ordering process.
