We want to consider charging credit card fees and would like to see an automated function developed for this where we can set a percentage fee in the back end of the system and then tick a box at the final screen of reservations, contracts and invoices to auto add that charge to the booking. It could appear as a service in the services section or maybe somewhere else? At present the only way to do this is to create a service and then manually calculate the fee and manually add it in services which is too time consuming and at risk of miscalculation. We would also need to have a second box to tick that is called "recalculate credit card fee" - for if the order is changed (happens all the time).

I am trying to solve the loss of credit cards fees, real world money, and also have a way to save time if we want to recoup these charges by having a quick and easy function for charging out the credit card fee. I have said it would save "minutes of work" - this is per order that pays by credit card. |
