Equipment inspection history should sort newest to oldest

Idea is to change the sort on equipment inspections so that it shows newest events at the top, and that the columns are sized so that they do not need adjusting to capture a screenshot or take a printout.

The reason for this idea is that Australia has very strict Health and Safety requirements and one of those requirements is to have current proof that inspections have taken place.

With the current layout of this screen, the columns always need to be resized and if there are a lot of events, the user needs to click through many pages to get the latest event data, if the report was by default sorted from newest to oldest, this would satisfy the requirement.

This might seem like a small convenience, but this is accessed dozens and dozens of times per day based on the number of rentals out.
