Received the following suggestion from a Branch Manager:
If when creating a pick up ticket- could be an option to update the site at which the unit is to be picked up? As it stands we put a note in the comments section but that’s easily missed by dispatch or we are handwriting on the pick up ticket. It would help a lot to be able to edit the site since customers move equipment all the time.
