Describe the workflow and problem in detail.
This service provides:
On-line account applications that all new customers have to complete to be an approved account customer. From this information we manually add the customers into our SRM database. It would be nice for us to be able to have the systems talk to each other to populate directly into SRM,
They handle all of our PPSR registrations for the approved customers once the account has been approved. PPSR is not loaded up into SRM as there is no where this information can be populated.
Monitoring of our customers to advise us when customers become a high risk for various reasons or even when they go into administration. We have to manually upload our debtors ledger into this system each month for the monitoring system to keep track on our customers. The manual upload means we have to export 2 reports from SRM which we manually manipulate into 1 file to provide this information. Would be more streamlined if we can get SRM to talk to the platform directly each month.
Customers good standing is checked on a monthly basis, based on the results of this check, service terms are changed or service can be denied to customers not in good standing.
What would you like the application to be able to do instead?
Populate customer records from approved new customers received from AccessIntel
Load PPSR into SRM automatically
Interface with AccessIntel on a monthly basis, sharing current active customers, the service would then email notify staff of customers whose standing has changed from good to bad.

We can manually perform the actions and reports and upload. It is time consuming

Better integration would mean doing less business with customers in good standing, automating customer information loading, saving time and increasing accuracy. This would be helpful for any Australian customer of Texada.
