Currently, SRM shows marked up prices of parts on internal work orders. Prices only revert to cost when the work order is closed.

By seeing actual cost of internal work orders, we would be better able to make business decisions regarding a piece of equipment while the work order is still open. For example, I need to know how much we have invested in a piece of equipment in order to determine whether it is worth continuing to repair, or if we should send it to auction in its current state. |
