Build in interactivity to comments on Mobile

Currently comments are a static text box that does not allow interaction after being entered on Mobile.

It would be useful as a Mobile user to be able to select comments text to copy/paste that information if needed, or to have the system automatically "hot-link" based on formatting data points like Phone Numbers or Email Addresses that when clicked to open the corresponding App on the mobile device.
