Current work order service kits functionality only works in SRM, and only at SRM work order creation or Maintenance Scheduling WO creation. It would be very beneficial to allow Technicians to add kits directly to a work order instead of having to add multiple parts and quantities individually. The same can be said for users in Texada Web

Most of our users create work orders directly in Texada Web or through Texada Mobile. That means that kits give us little to no value currently. Adding this functionality directly in Texada Mobile and Web should increase efficiency and productivity of our maintenance Technicians dramatically. |
