Your suggestion has been shared with our development and product teams. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment, and updating our system's language is a key part of that commitment.
We want to be transparent with you about the implementation. Our platform is built on a system where this term is unfortunately embedded within 100’s of screens, reports and within our database As a result, changing it requires a significant amount of development effort. Texada does have an upcoming initiative that will allow for these end facing labels to be customized per company and this would be a great implementation of that functionality.
While an immediate fix isn't possible, We will add this as a consideration for new development.
