Managing drivers schedules for tickets not completed yesterday

The schedule view in Texada Web focuses on the current day. Deliveries and pickups that were not completed the day prior can be missed.

Making overdue tickets from previous days visible in the schedule view to highlight passed due work would alert the dispatcher to any missed runs prior to today.

    How do we create an automatic report to provide this information?

    It would more beneficial to have a list of all delivery, pickup and task tickets on 1 view and then sort according to status rather then swopping between screen views. Also allows the user to see the delivery and pick-up & taks tickets relating to the 1 contract.

    To complicate the issue, finding the incomplete historical tickets requires the user to have a view in each of the Delivery, Pickup and Task views, switching between all three of them to make sure nothing is missed.

    The user can configure the automatic report to provide a morning email/report of the Outstanding Delivery and Pickup tickets as a work around, but this should not be the final solution.
