Our schedulers need the ability to add, change and or delete services prior to closing delivery and pick up tickets. This is the area we use to charge our customers transport charges to and from site so the ability of doing prior to closing a ticket would alleviate the extra time in having to go into SRM and go through the entire contract to update the services on contract.

This enhancement can significantly streamline the process and save time by reducing the need to navigate through the entire SRM contract.
