Extend labour line comments on Work Order beyond 2 lines and stop comment text from wrapping

Labour line comments field on work orders only display 2 lines in Web properly.Customer mentioned that mechanics often include a lot of notes in the comments against the labour line and reviewing them with the scroll bar requires a bit of precision.

Ideally we could make this box larger so more lines are visible at once, but also utilize the full length of the box by stopping the text from wrapping.
