Present delivery and pickup tickets in one screen to enable seamless searching & filtering
Develop a single screen for all tickets, delivery & pickup, so that they may filter and search all tickets at once.
Having a ‘Ticket Type’ column which specifies if a ticket is a delivery, pickup or task would enable users to filter when necessary. Three separate screens could be unified into one.
The idea has been reviewed by the Product Team, and may be considered for the roadmap. In the meantime it will remain in this status so other customers can vote and discuss the idea here. Votes and engagement around the ideas are data points the product team uses when prioritizing the product roadmap
