Form emailed after completion of WO is unusable as it includes the costs of parts/labour recorded by the mechanic, which are not necessarily the amounts the end customer gets billed.
The current format of the Work Order Completion Receipt includes details of parts and labour that the mechanic added to the WO . Inconsistencies between what is shown on the receipt and what the administrative staff actually invoice can result in customer disputes.

@Guest Thanks Donna , we understand the need . It was put in "Needs Clarification " as I needed to do additional research .
Not sure what clarification is needed on this. Is quite simple in my opinion. When mechanic finished service on site they should be able to email the inspection forms only to mulitple people which is either pulled from the customer file or manually entered. Works order should not be sent out with information regarding parts and labour.
