Tickets should reflect actual time completed

When needing to know when tickets were completed either from a customer enquiry or verification due to disputes the tickets should show when the driver actually completed or time allocated when closing ticket if done by external contractors

Having to waste time in trying to find when the job was completed to ensure invoicing is done correctly and also when asked by customers or internal staff when job was done
