@Guest The idea has been reviewed by the Product Team, and may be considered for the roadmap. In the meantime it will remain in this status so other customers can vote and discuss the idea here. Votes and engagement around the ideas are data points the product team uses when prioritizing the product roadmap

Requests from customers to send a risk assessment and service history inspection sheets has increased significantly. ie: 6 out of 10 contracts need this information. We currently enter the contract and then need to find the documents and email out from outlook. Would make a significant difference if the documents can be attached at contract level to email out to the customer when sending the document for e-sign. I believe best option is the risk assessment & specification sheet are attached at product # level so that at contract level you have the option to include attachments with email. As for the service history unsure how and where this could be done.

Can you tell us more about the use case on for this. How do you see determining which attachments are sent and when?

This is a logical improvement when you are working in the system day in day out. There is so many modules to Texada now it is becoming frustrating having to go in and out. This would save a significant time and also alleviate have to send separately.
