Texada currently offers an electronic signature feature for rental contracts. This idea is to expand this feature to include Work Orders and Work Order Estimates. At our company, our service department takes in customer equipment to be repaired. Issues with the equipment are first diagnosed and the estimated cost of repair is communicated to the customer before repair work begins. This feature would allow our service department to send a request for electronic signature of a Work Order or Work Order Estimate document with the estimated cost to repair printed on the document to be signed. We could then obtain an electronic signature before starting work on the machine. If a customer later disputes the price, this feature will allow us to have an electronic signed document on file that shows the customer agreed to the repair and it will state the estimated cost they were presented prior to start of the repair work.

The ability to obtain a signature 'on glass' exists in the Work Order process within the mobile application. I am going to assume that this request is to process the document via e-signature like the Contract.
I would also support adding Quotations (Rental & Sale), Reservations and potentially invoices to this request.
