Prompt for Status code when closing a delivery

Currently status codes are asked for when closing 3rd party deliveries but not internal. It would nice to be able adjust the status code while closing a delivery ticket

    This will need more votes. The system is designed to use delivery ticket (D) for open deliveries and on contract( C) when the delivery is complete with internal drivers.
