Work In Progress Billing for Work Orders

Currently when the Work In Progress billing for Work Orders is active all work orders must be closed/invoiced in SRM (not Web).
In SRM the user is prompted "Is this the final invoice Y/N?".

If this prompt was added to Web then clients with WIP enabled would allow work orders to be closed properly.
