Right now it is difficult to see a list of all incomplete, not assigned tickets in one view. The user can see a list of deliveries, pickups and tasks separately but not easily see all of them in one view.
Ideally have a "list of all tickets" which can be sorted and filtered similar to the "work order" or "contract" list.
This will give a user a single list to be able to find any tickets which have not been assigned or scheduled.
