Similar to how marketing codes work in SRM, it would be nice to have the ability to have default comments/headings appear every time a labor line is added to a work order, and the technician then adds there comments from there, for a few reasons:
There is consistency with how the work orders are completed no matter the technician & the documents look consistent for the customer. The information is clear & concise, not rambling.
The techs are reminded/prompted/required to put down all of the relevant information on the work orders because there is headings advising them what information is required.
For example, bolded headings could be default comments that appear:

-Tech adds comments
FOLLOW UP WORK:
-Tech adds comments
NOTES:
-Tech adds comments
