The default Salesperson on a work order should be populated based upon the contract salesperson, not the customer account salesperson.
Current logic automatically populates the salesperson work order value from the customer account. There are many instances where the contract salesperson is different from the customer account salesperson, and the contract salesperson will be the more accurate value. So while processing, analyzing, and billing work orders, we need to see the accurate salesperson from the contract.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
When we are billing work orders to customers, we often have certain billers responsible for certain salespeople and their contracts. It would be a great improvement to be able to use the Texada Web work order list views to filter by the Saleperson field to assign billable work orders accordingly. |
