Make inventory availability inquiries it own menu item

users like the availability calendar and would to be able to look up availability directly without needing to go through a contract.

This will allow for general lookups of inventory for investigative and planning purposes, as well as answering the "do we have it" question quickly when a customer is present

Ideally, the inventory search will be available by product and or group, the same as is available within a contract
