Reservation Report

We require the capability to generate a board view within the Reservations section of Bookings based on the anticipated date of hire. This should be set to present mode, enabling the workshop to view the machines needed according to the specified date.

Currently, we input the reservations into SRM. Subsequently, we access the Texada web platform to generate the board view reflecting our desired information. Following this, we export, format, and manually update the spreadsheet to include the current status code and document status. Once these tasks are completed, we will contact the relevant parties to inform them of the machines that are booked and required in the upcoming week. While the spreadsheet does not consume an excessive amount of time, a notable issue with the current board view is its limitation; it does not allow for drilling down on reservations, sorting by date, and when hovering over the products, it displays the description instead of the product number.
