In Yard Returns - Allow for custom/user configured Inspection Forms

Currently (05/27/2025) In Yard Returns on Mobile are not a configurable Inspection Form type to assign a custom form to.

This is allowed for Delivery and Pickup tickets, similar to the pickup inspection concept it would be beneficial to be able to set a user defined Inspection Form.
