Our technicians need to be able to change the text of the label to display what was done on the machine in a quick snapshot view (ex. PM done at 2500 hrs on DATE) while still billing the correct code. Still want to bill "internal labor" for example, but want the ability to change the title to show what was done on the work order specifically.

Right now, the process is taking twice as long on the managers end, because they are manually changing the labels in SRM. This fix would greatly help the service department across the company by speeding up closing work orders and tracking inspections and preventative maintenance schedules much faster. |
