viewing reservations on the hire board

It would be very useful to have the ability to view the reservation on the hire board. There needs to be a "view reservation" right next to the "view contract button." This would allow the workshop staff to prioritise their pre-hire inspections based on date and time out.

To take it one step further, it would be great when the hire board refreshes, it prioritizes the pre-hire inspection based on date out, time out of the reservations, starting with tiles in the top left-hand corner and working from left to right. For instance, in the attached screenshot, assets 240-53, 270-22 & 393-01 should take priority in order of date and time. Our staff have no idea which item to pre-hire first, and to add to that, they can not drill down into the reservation in the hire board.

The question below of "how much time it would save" is not really relevant. What it would do is smooth out the workshop operation and integrate the workflow between the counter staff and the workshop
