There should be a function available (for Management or admin users) where tracked time hours are obviously incorrect that supplementary information can be entered to change the total hours recorded.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Currently we have issues with tracking time that are not able to be amended due to the system structure. However highly trained our staff are, there are identifiable issues with tracked time. Human error, (i.e. forgetting to clock off or on) is compounded by hardware and system issues. (i.e. issues with our network, issues with iPad etc) that can cause errors in the data. I am proposing that there is a management or admin function to provide further information to change the total time recorded (These changes should also be tracked and identifiable internally.) |
