Add conditions to filters in list views

Only pre-defined filters allow for range or checklist filtering. The other columns are only direct match based on a search string. The addition of contains, not in, equal to, etc... would be very valuable for ad hoc searching

Include an admin/management function to be able to correct error in tracked time.

There should be a function available (for Management or admin users) where tracked time hours are obviously incorrect that supplementary information can be entered to change the total hours recorded.

When editing a contract, keep the screen in edit mode until the User Saves it.

Currently when I edit the contract, add a line, the screen goes back to "view only" and I have to click edit every time I want to change something. Keep the screen in edit mode until I click save.
