Prompt for Status code when closing a delivery

Currently status codes are asked for when closing 3rd party deliveries but not internal. It would nice to be able adjust the status code while closing a delivery ticket

Ability to disable the map in the tickets area

We find the map useless and shows incorrect information. Want the ability to disable as 1 takes up to much room and as is not utilised is frustrating to have to hide constantly during the course of the day.

Tickets should reflect actual time completed

When needing to know when tickets were completed either from a customer enquiry or verification due to disputes the tickets should show when the driver actually completed or time allocated when closing ticket if done by external contractors

Contract, product search - in the "i" window add the Serial Number

Many times when as asset is being searched seeing the asset's serial number makes selecting the product easier. Add the serial number to the "info" box in the search results.

In the Contracts List, add a "New Contract" button

Just like we have the Missed Rental. This way a user doesn't need to navigate to the menu bar from the list screen. This should help smooth out the create new contract, I don't need to move around as much.
