Tickets should reflect actual time completed

When needing to know when tickets were completed either from a customer enquiry or verification due to disputes the tickets should show when the driver actually completed or time allocated when closing ticket if done by external contractors

Should have the ability from a security level so various staff do not have access to see what is paid for rental items.

What a company pays for assets (rental items) should not be seen at various levels for security purposes. This will eliminate should staff move on to take this information with them.

Contract, product search - in the "i" window add the Serial Number

Many times when as asset is being searched seeing the asset's serial number makes selecting the product easier. Add the serial number to the "info" box in the search results.

In the Contracts List, add a "New Contract" button

Just like we have the Missed Rental. This way a user doesn't need to navigate to the menu bar from the list screen. This should help smooth out the create new contract, I don't need to move around as much.
